Adds one-click startup registration. Add to Startup now registers the installed PortDeck app directly with macOS, falling back to Login Items only if registration fails. Development and verification bundles now use isolated or cleaned-up LaunchServices registrations.

Adds Hostinger as a first-class read-only provider. PortDeck uses the installed official Hostinger CLI to show hosted website configuration state, with missing-CLI, authentication, rate-limit, pagination, search, and retained-snapshot handling. No Hostinger runtime or credentials are bundled. Authenticated Hostinger account data was not available for this release smoke.

This beta cuts the installed app from about 978 MiB to about 97 MiB and the release ZIP from about 302 MB to 38 MB.
What changed
- Provider CLIs for Convex, Supabase, Cloudflare Wrangler, Railway, Fly.io, and Netlify are now resolved from your existing installation instead of bundled into PortDeck.
- Missing or unsupported provider CLIs show setup guidance inside PortDeck.
- Local and Projects remain self-contained with the bundled PortDeck helper and Node runtime.
- Release binaries are stripped and guarded by 110 MiB app and 45 MB ZIP limits.
