This release implements approved register rows R157, R158, R159, R160, R162, R163, R164 and R167. It fixes filename-derived time labels, brief portfolio matrix truncation and an unsupported cloud sync assertion; it reports nonstandard session filenames and the running helper path/version. Work-mode and adoption guidance now use non-loading instruction backup names, preserve another writer's staged pending edit after application, and explain how a cloud bridge obtains device helpers.

The following register rows remain deferred to v1.7.0: R155, R156, R161, R165, R166, R168 and R169. Their status and scope remain in the canonical project register; this release does not implement them.

The 1.6.2 release-safety changes remain: draft-first release workflow, version and asset checks, reproducible package metadata, and Grok routing to the Copilot package. No host installation is included.
