Update specific to the JNB/PayPay Bank user script.

Adds support for all debit card transaction formats that appear in transactions old and new. Transactions since September 2021 have the payee in the main statement so there's no longer a requirement to visit the debit card log to correlate payees there, but older transactions are still missing the payee so they still need correlation; the regexp in the script wasn't parsing the old transactions in the new PayPay Bank UI correctly so that has also been updated and all debit card transactions should work correctly now.
