* refactor!: remove middleware code (belongs in acuity-middleware) (#10) Removed: src/middleware/ (33 files), modal-app.py, Dockerfile, live tests, playwright deps. Why it changed
The repo currently has split remote truth. The functional release line and the
organizational convergence target are not the same thing, and the docs were too
ambiguous about that.
This PR makes the current working assumption explicit so parallel package work
stops treating both
