docs/ci: reconcile TCFS production readiness sweep

Summary

• Reconciles README and ops docs with the current M10 truth: production Dev ID FileProvider lifecycle is green on PZM run 26062554542, while first-run UX, exact release-asset smoke, badges/progress/recovery, and daily-use soak remain open.
• Archives the key run 26062554542 harness artifacts into the existing production Dev ID evidence packet so the v0.12.13 matrix claim is backed by repo files.
• Fixes the Linux postinstall smoke mount remote spec to use `seaweedfs://...`, matching the actual `tcfs mount` parser instead of passing `s3://...`.
• Adds a dated alpha/beta QA readiness gate that maps daily-driver claims to TIN-1546, TIN-1547, TIN-1548, TIN-1549, TIN-1556, tightened TIN-1424, and the existing M10 readiness lanes.
• Hardens the release workflow so prerelease tags are marked prerelease, do not become GitHub Latest, and do not move the container `:latest` tag.
• Starts the TIN-1546 implementation lane by bounding shared storage health probes used by daemon startup and `/readyz`.
