feat(init): default eng init to the opencode agent

Bare eng init bootstraps the OpenCode integration
(.opencode/commands plus .opencode/skills); Pi stays behind
--agent pi. Quickstart, first-project tutorial, CLI reference
and pilot note follow the new default.
