fix(materialize): support relative --output . via absolute normalization

Normalize OutputDir to absolute so the init-workspace stash and staging
dirs are true siblings. Fixes rename .eng-stash-X into
.eng-stash-X/.eng-stash-X (EINVAL) and Remove(.) failures when CWD is
the workspace. Adds workspace_dot_test regression.
