Renamed the desktop app display name, window title, tray identity, shortcuts, startup defaults, and Codex provider label to Codex Enhanced Manager.
Added automatic migration from the old documents data directory to Documents/Codex Enhanced Manager while preserving the old directory for compatibility and rollback.
Migrates app-storage paths in config.json so providers, request logs, diagnostics, temp files, exports, and backups point to the new data directory.
Migrates old startup task and shortcut names to CodexEnhancedManager / CodexEnhancedManager.cmd.
Verified with targeted path/config/startup/shortcut/Codex config tests, Python compile checks, JavaScript syntax checks, local config migration, and packaged EXE smoke test. Full pytest was intentionally skipped because this environment has Codex-disruptive tests.
