Reports follow your request language
- Chinese requests produce Chinese reports; other languages currently produce English reports. Explicit report-language requests take precedence.
- Analysis, dashboard and competitor research use the same rule. Dashboards localize filters, charts, insights and Message Center and preserve their saved language during background refreshes.
- Original names, evidence and numerical values stay unchanged. Previously generated reports are not automatically rewritten.
Available channels
Native plugin 0.2.4 and runtime 0.2.0a6 are available through the GitHub distribution. npm 0.2.0-alpha.6 is published and npm latest points to 0.2.0-alpha.6. The published npm package matches the attached reviewed tgz byte-for-byte; no package was rebuilt.
Native plugin users should update through their host's plugin manager, rerun setup for each project, and start a new task. For npm-managed projects, use the npm update command.
Reports and dashboards are read-only. Local and CI checks cover synthetic evidence and package integrity. Browser visual review and host-model language acceptance remain pending; this release does not establish new live-account or independent external-user acceptance.

Google real-data validation and complete Meta reconciliation remain outstanding.
Browser authorization
Google and Meta connections now open the system browser from Pallas on Codex and Claude Code. Advertisers do not need a developer app, client JSON, local certificate or token copy. Ask the agent to connect the selected platform, complete sign-in/consent yourself, then return to the same chat. Explicit sign-in-again requests preserve the previous Pallas grant until the replacement succeeds.
Meta uses the registered Pallas HTTPS callback to forward a short-lived code to a temporary local receiver. Token exchange with PKCE and credential storage remain local. See authorization and privacy details.
Validation and current limits
In addition to the frozen-candidate checks above, the owner completed Google login, Google reauthorization and Meta consent with the exact distributed wheel. Google reauthorization and Meta returned normally to Pallas in user-operated browser tabs. This is installed-runtime acceptance; actual Codex/Claude model-session and independent external-user acceptance remain pending.
Google may still display an unverified-app warning until publisher scope verification is completed. Pallas-owned Meta login is implemented, but its account/report adapter is pending. Platform permissions, Google production-data access and complete Meta reconciliation remain separate.
Update
Update to native plugin 0.2.3 using the plugin update guide, ask setup to refresh your project, and start a new task. npm projects can use npx pallas-ads@latest update --directory /path/to/project after registry publication is confirmed. Do not run the npm updater on a project already migrated to the native plugin.
Pallas alpha.4 — Google recovery and Meta setup
Pallas distribution

What changed
- Google setup now identifies the runtime serving the project and the effective operator configuration. Missing setup produces a specific recovery step.
- Expired Pallas-owned Google connections attempt a bounded refresh before reads. Failed account discovery preserves earlier evidence and reports an actionable, sanitized cause.
- Claude Code Meta setup detects missing registration and read guards, preserves unrelated configuration, and repairs stale Pallas guard paths after runtime upgrades. Host authentication and account access remain separate checks.
Update and reconnect
Native plugin users: update through the host plugin manager, rerun the Pallas setup Skill for each project, and start a new task. Use the plugin's doctor so diagnostics come from the bound runtime. See plugin updates.
Existing npm projects: after the registry publication is confirmed in this release record, run npx pallas-ads@latest update --directory /path/to/project, then restart the agent task. See npm updates.
Google still requires operator application setup for the OS user running the agent; no application identity is embedded in the public package. For Meta in Claude Code, follow the setup Skill's registration guidance, reload/trust the MCP server and guard, then complete host authentication and verify accessible accounts. Updating the package does not grant platform consent.
Additional release checks
The frozen candidate passed isolated macOS Codex setup, Claude plugin upgrade with data/configuration preservation, Meta guard replacement and repeat-registration checks, and 42 installed-wheel authorization recovery regression cases. These are synthetic and installation checks; actual host consent and real advertising-account reads remain separately unverified.
Pallas alpha.3 / native plugin 0.2.1
Pallas distribution
- npm:
0.2.0-alpha.3 - plugin:
0.2.1 - runtime:
0.2.0a3
Renderers: {"analysis": "2.4.0", "competitor": "2.0.0", "dashboard": "2.1.0"}
Local artifact verification completed: True. This covers installed synthetic command and integrity checks; it does not establish new host-model, live-account or external-user acceptance.

Google real-data validation and complete Meta reconciliation remain outstanding.
Changes
- Internal conversion metrics use the supplied observations and name missing campaigns, dates, or blank fields next to affected values. Explicit zeros and date/metric-scoped confirmations of omitted zeros remain distinct from missing data.
- Dashboards separate observed rows from complete windows. Period comparisons require coverage evidence; legacy coverage is repaired without deleting rows. Meta dates follow the captured account timezone, with a conservative fallback.
- Analysis reports use the updated reading layout and detailed CSV evidence. Competitor reports add the seven-stage research structure and explicit evidence tiers.
- Google onboarding consistently requires operator application setup; uploaded-file analysis remains available.
Validation and scope
The frozen product artifacts passed installed-wheel, plugin, npm-launcher, and synthetic MCP checks. macOS upgrades from the previous plugin preserved imported data and reports. Codex and Claude CLI sessions invoked the installed analysis/dashboard Skills and delivered HTML; Claude also rendered an unchanged fictional competitor fixture. One initial Claude hypothetical explanation had an arithmetic error while the deterministic artifact was correct; a fresh session reported the correct metrics. These limited sessions do not establish general model reliability.
Google production-data validation, full Meta reconciliation and real-account timezone-return validation, desktop-menu acceptance, and returned external-user feedback remain outstanding. This is an engineering Alpha.
Update the native plugin, rerun setup in each project, then start a new agent task. Existing npm projects should use the documented npm update flow. No account permissions or schedules are changed by this release.
Pallas native plugin 0.2.0
Pallas native plugin 0.2.0
Released: October 1, 2026. Engineering Alpha.
This update delivers the unified Pallas command, persistent advertising dashboards, competitor-report Skills, and internal-conversion analysis in the public Git distribution.
| Component | Version |
|---|---|
| Native plugin | 0.2.0 |
| Bundled Python runtime | 0.2.0a2 |
| npm / GitHub installer | 0.2.0-alpha.2 |
| Analysis renderer | 2.3.0 |
| Dashboard renderer | 2.0.0 |
| Competitor renderer | 1.0.0 |
npm follow-up, October 1, 2026, 13:45 PDT (20:45 UTC): pallas-ads@0.2.0-alpha.2 is also published to the npm registry and selected by latest. Both channels ship the same reviewed runtime. Anonymous registry download, package integrity, and fresh-cache launcher verification passed; see the npm release notes. These component versions are independent.
Commands and reports
analysisgenerates a verified HTML report from a selected connection, retained evidence, or a file preview that the user confirms.dashboardcreates or updates a selected persistent dashboard. Updates preserve history and report missing or stale sources. New dashboards require an explicit creation request; ambiguous accounts or dashboards require selection.helpandstatusinspect capabilities and saved state without media reads or scheduling.- Six native Skills and eleven MCP tools ship together, including
pallasandpallas_command. Project installations contain the five portable Skills; native plugins add setup. - Dashboards include a fixed offline template, filters, trends, campaign and creative views, local rules, and a validated import mapper. Missing dimensions and noncomparable conversions remain unavailable.
- Competitor research and internal-conversion evidence use their companion Skills. They are not additional
/pallassubcommands in this release.
Claude Code plugin commands are /pallas:pallas analysis and /pallas:pallas dashboard. Setup can add a project alias for /pallas analysis and /pallas dashboard with --install-command, without replacing a user-owned command. In Codex, select the installed pallas Skill or use $pallas analysis / $pallas dashboard where supported. See the command guide.
Update
Close active Pallas tasks, update the plugin through your host, rerun its setup Skill in each prepared project, then start a new task. Follow PLUGIN_INSTALL.md. Source changes do not update an existing installation automatically.
For an existing npm project:
npx pallas-ads@latest update --directory /absolute/path/to/projectFor a new project:
npx pallas-ads install --client codex --directory /absolute/path/to/new-projectUse --client claude for Claude Code. Preserve the project, runtime, and backups. Do not use the npm updater on a project already migrated to a native plugin.
Validation and limits
- Local release validation: 65 relevant Python regressions, Ruff and ty, 13 public Node checks, distribution inventories, wheel/Skill byte identity, and private-file exclusion checks passed.
- A fresh wheel installed outside the source checkout passed command/MCP acceptance for both project bindings. Synthetic Google, Meta, and TikTok data produced six dashboard rows, remained at six on repeat import, and reached seven after a new-process update while preserving history and reporting stale sources.
- Local macOS native setup, doctor, eleven-tool MCP discovery, and upgrade checks passed. The native upgrade preserved 14 retained evidence/report files. The npm upgrade preserved 15 data/report/configuration files and backed up the old Skills.
- Claude Code 2.1.284 and Codex CLI 0.159.2 model sessions invoked the installed command Skill and MCP tool and returned verified analysis/dashboard HTML links from synthetic retained evidence. Codex dashboard updates preserved all seven rows and reported stale sources as partial. These are CLI model sessions, not desktop slash-menu or real-account acceptance.
- Product PRs now run one Linux distribution job. Root documentation-only changes skip Actions; macOS setup is local-first with an explicit manual hosted check available.
No new live-account reconciliation or returned external-user feedback is claimed. Google real-data validation and complete Meta reconciliation remain outstanding. Installation does not authorize media, configure schedules, or change advertising campaigns. Public-directory review is separate from installation through this Git source.
Both the root installer and native plugin ship the same core wheel, without operator Google configuration. SHA-256 for pallas_ads-0.2.0a2-py3-none-any.whl:

Pallas 0.2.0a1 — Local analysis Alpha
v0.2.0a1 — Local analysis Alpha
The first public distribution of Pallas's local analysis workflow for macOS + Python 3.12–3.13 + Codex / Claude Code.
- Core installation is independent of optional Google application configuration and Meta certificate setup.
- CSV/XLSX campaign/day imports preview and confirm interpretation before retention; duplicate imports are idempotent.
- Meta, Google and TikTok file snapshots use the same analysis template and descriptive calculations.
- Reports preserve missing values, provenance and claim limits. Short date-axis labels avoid overlap.
- Bundled Skills and samples support a first report without advertising credentials; skill updates retain backups.
Validation: 801 automated tests passed; isolated installation, installed CLI/MCP checks, three synthetic media inputs under both generated client configurations, artifact hashes and a browser report check passed. New external users' live authorization, real data reconciliation and natural-language agent adherence remain separate tests.
Download pallas-0.2.0a1-local-alpha.zip plus its checksum and follow INSTALL.md. Do not use the automatically generated Source code archives as installers. The full development repository remains private; the distributed wheel contains readable Python runtime code under Apache-2.0.
Not included: hosted ChatGPT access, arbitrary spreadsheet interpretation, cross-file/media merging, ad writes or unattended account management. Default file analysis needs no OpenAI runtime key. Optional media access is subject to the documented platform and client limits.
Pallas native plugin 0.1.1
Pallas native plugin 0.1.1
Clarifies how the shared analysis Skill explains campaign contributions to account CPC changes.
A campaign's weighted contribution is distinct from its own before/after CPC. The Skill also
separates click-share changes from budget history and explains when a short file cannot support
the daily anomaly screen. Runtime calculations and the shared report template are unchanged.
Claude Code 2.1.278 acceptance on macOS completed on 2026-09-22:
- The public 0.1.0 installation loaded three Skills and ten tools, previewed a synthetic Meta
CSV, waited for confirmation, performed an idempotent import, and generated a qualified report. - A fresh project and conversation using the 0.1.1 candidate completed first import and report
generation after confirmation, with correct campaign-contribution interpretation. - Independently verified spend of USD 368, 16,000 impressions, 240 all-clicks, derived ratios,
comparison-window CPC, and all ten report artifact hashes in each run. - Both native manifests, Skill validation, eleven native-plugin Python checks and three built
distribution integrity checks passed.
The fixture was synthetic. Fresh real-user media authorization, live account reads and unattended
schedules remain separate acceptance work. The unchanged Python runtime is 0.2.0a1; no npm
republish is required. Follow PLUGIN_INSTALL.md to update the plugin and
rerun project setup, then start a new host conversation to load the updated Skill.
Pallas native plugin 0.1.0
Pallas native plugin 0.1.0
Install Pallas from one public Git source in Codex or Claude Code, then use its setup Skill to prepare a project, authorize an available media connection, and analyze account data or uploaded exports.
- Adds both plugin catalogs and host manifests, a setup Skill, runtime preparation, diagnostics, and reversible project migration.
- Reuses the Pallas workflow and analysis Skills and the existing runtime 0.2.0a1. No new npm package is required.
- Stores project data outside plugin caches; updates retain prior runtimes and reports.
- Codex setup binds an explicit project MCP entry. Run setup after plugin updates and deactivate before uninstalling. Claude Code loads the bundled MCP entry.
- Preserves existing Meta host identity and adds the Claude Meta read guard when requested. Installation does not grant media access or change platform admission requirements.
Validation: both manifest formats; Codex model/tool invocation; Claude connected MCP with ten tools and three Skills; supported-Python and managed-Python setup; migration/rollback guards; three-media file reports across twelve process restarts; package integrity and runtime checks. Claude model-dialogue acceptance is deferred until the local Claude login is renewed. Fresh real-account and unattended scheduled-run acceptance remain separate.
See PLUGIN_INSTALL.md for installation, activation, authorization, updates and recovery. This release is distributed through the Pallas Git source; it is not an official-directory listing or a ChatGPT remote connector.
Pallas npm installer 0.2.0-alpha.1
npm installer 0.2.0-alpha.1
One-command installation for macOS Apple Silicon and Intel, using Node.js 22+.
- Interactive Codex/Claude selection and new-project path; explicit flags for agent automation.
- Reuse supported Python or provision a private Python 3.13 environment with pinned, hash-verified uv.
- Install runtime 0.2.0a1, MCP configuration, both Skills and synthetic examples.
- Doctor, idempotent reinstall detection and update with Skills backup; preserve local data.
- No media login, certificate changes or runtime API key in default setup.
Seven launcher unit tests and 22 Python setup regressions passed. Existing-Python Claude and managed-Python Codex installations produced reports through installed MCP, with 12 separate process operations per project. Update preserved synthetic data and backed up custom Skills. macOS managed Python uses venv symlinks to retain dylib resolution.
This npm installer version wraps the unchanged reviewed Python wheel 0.2.0a1. Original ZIP assets are retained unchanged. The .tgz is an npm package, not a source repository export. Full source remains private; distributed runtime code remains readable and Apache-2.0 licensed.
Published on npm as pallas-ads@0.2.0-alpha.1 with the latest tag after publisher security verification. Run npx pallas-ads install; no npm account is needed for installation. The GitHub package entry remains available.
