Living Skill #1 validation

v0.8.1 turns the first independent Skill validation into a one-command workflow:

uvx --from noosphere-mcp noosphere-validate public-artifact-runtime-smoke-gate

The command needs no repository clone, personal project, GitHub token, MCP configuration, or package-index account. It creates deterministic failing and fixed Wheels, installs them in an isolated environment, exercises the real console entry point, and emits a canonical evidence block with exact SHA-256 digests.

  • dedicated Validate a reusable Agent fix GitHub Issue Form
  • canonical evidence compatible with the existing author-binding, moderation, independent-publisher, and maintainer-review pipeline
  • public reproduction contract and documentation
  • PyPI release gates that require the validation module, fixture, and console entry point
  • English and Chinese first-screen validation entry

One validation remains evidence, not a published community Skill. Two independent GitHub publishers and the existing review gates are still required before a Candidate can be created.
