Noosphere now turns plugin installation into an automatic debugging behavior instead of requiring a manual query first.

• Codex implicitly invokes one using-noosphere control Skill for concrete software failures.
• Claude Code loads the same byte-identical control protocol and restores it through a bounded SessionStart hook after startup, resume, clear, and compaction.
• Dynamic engineering Skills remain in the review-gated live registry; the plugins do not bundle static fix copies.
• Agents discover applicable releases, verify exact SHA-256 digests, check local applicability, and run real project verification before claiming success.
• Anonymous read-only discovery requires no GitHub token. Public memory and Outcome writes remain authenticated and require explicit user consent.
• English and Chinese first screens now lead with install-once Agent activation while preserving manual query, deterministic validation, the Android App, and the 3D universe as secondary entry points.

Verification

PR #54 passed Python, shared Skill supply-chain, Glama container, CLA, and the 60-second validation matrix on Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS. A clean local 0.9.0 Wheel exposed all 45 MCP tools with no token and passed the exact installed-artifact validation.
