Teamwork 2.22.0 — leaner, portable instructions
Teamwork 2.22.0 consolidates repeated workflow narration across global policy, stage skills, project initialization, and agent templates while preserving authority, evidence, scope, and review boundaries.
Before → After: duplicated presentation rules are replaced by lean shared constraints; tracked privacy checks reject machine/session traces; project init emits a portable header-first index; and maintainers gain a blinded, manifest-bound pairwise comparison lane.
Upgrade: run ./scripts/check-update.sh --readiness --project "$PWD", execute the printed NEXT action, and repeat until INSTALL_READY=yes. Cursor User Rules still require the prompted manual paste.
No paid model comparison was run. Static and offline evidence does not prove improved real-answer quality or runtime parity across Codex, Cursor, and Claude Code.
