Vector Manager fails to install modules

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Go to repo tab.
2. Download and install any module.
3. See error upon download completion.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Should install via shell or open package manager to install.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Download completes but throws this error:

Could not install (app): Permission com.android.shell. DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPOR TED_PERMISSION is required by your application to receive broadcasts, please add it to your manifest

Below Android 13 there is no RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED flag, so AndroidX stands in for one with a permission named after the app's own package. The manager normally runs inside com.android.shell, so the name it looks for is one nothing declares, and it throws before the install is ever handed to the system. That is why the download finishes and then nothing happens.

#825 registers the receiver directly instead. Nothing here has been run on an affected Android version, so I would like your confirmation before merging it. Could you flash this build and install a module from the repo tab? https://github.com/JingMatrix/Vector/actions/runs/30607070811 — Vector-v2.0-3061-Debug is under Artifacts at the bottom of the page, and GitHub requires you to be signed in to download it.

Please say either way, including if it still fails — a fresh log would tell me why.

I flashed 3061.

Tried installing this module. It installed the latest version but it kept telling me to update the app when I installed the latest module.

So I clicked on install, and got this error:

Then I tried to install another module to see if it's for all or just this one, and it was just that one that had the update issue.

Also, there's another issue in vector I want to highlight is when we open the webview, vector shows this:

Vector successfully loads the page but it's laggy and at the beginning you can see little white rectangle bar at the bottom that disappear after some time.

The update issue is no more. Thank you @JingMatrix .
