First public release of dsh-autonomy.

  • Adds an always-visible Chat | Agent switch above the DeepSeek Harness Web composer.
  • Keeps the current session, model, preset, sandbox, history, and draft intact while switching.
  • Chat mode removes model tool schemas and guards tool execution; Agent restores normal DSH behavior.
  • Persists the selected mode through reloads and full DSH restarts.

Tested with DeepSeek Harness 0.1.0-rc.6.
