• 13 language packs: Deutsch, Español, Français, Português, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Українська, Türkçe, 日本語, 한국어, Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia
• Language picker in the installer: choose the app language on the first screen (preselected from your system language); non-bundled languages are downloaded together with the app, SHA-256 verified, and installed into locales\. You can also drop a pack JSON into locales\ next to the app manually
• Multilingual website: the docs site now speaks all 16 languages (menu in the header; first visit follows your browser language), and previously untranslated strings — the "Encrypt" button, the installer-animation captions, several aria labels — are fixed
• Docs site deployed at https://jiuyue0820.github.io/ChronoKey/

Language packs are attached below (<code>.json) and mirrored in the repository's locales/ folder; languages.json is the manifest the installer reads.
