Release Notes — v3.0.0

Release Date: March 17, 2026

Version 3.0.0 introduces structural changes to the RAG pipeline, replacing the in-memory store with a persistent Qdrant database, alongside the addition of SharePoint authentication.

This release also addresses multiple UI issues, improves deployment scripts, and removes legacy configuration settings.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Rename chats
  • Explicitly link generated outputs to specific conversations

Conversation State Persistence (#130)

Flexible Output Configurations (#137)

Added JSON configuration support to allow flexible and extensible output file types.

Performance & Architecture

Qdrant Vector Database Integration (#142)

Replaced the legacy in-memory RAG storage with Qdrant persistent storage to improve application scalability and data retention.

  • New caching strategies
  • Pipeline pre-warming

UI Performance (#127)

Improved preview load speeds when switching between active conversations.

Bug Fixes & Usability

  • Browser reuse during generation
  • Incorrect entity display names

Deployment & Infrastructure
