For CUDA builds, please download and install the following prerequisites:

• CUDA Toolkit 11.8
• cuDNN

Make sure CUDA and cuDNN install folders are in PATH.

For Windows, the install folders can be:

• C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v11.8\bin
• C:\Program Files\NVIDIA\CUDNN\v9.1\bin
