ChatGPT MultiChat v2.2.1

Adds background GitHub Releases update notifications. MultiChat now shows the installed version in the dashboard, checks for newer releases in a non-blocking worker with a 24-hour cache, displays Download update and Later controls when appropriate, recalculates cached availability against the currently installed version, fails silently offline, and never self-updates automatically. Configure with checkForUpdates and updateCheckHours.
