Reveal confirmation for early reveals

When revealing cards before everyone has voted, a confirmation dialog now appears showing how many players are still voting. This prevents accidental reveals and gives you the choice to wait or proceed.

• Avatar list is hidden when you're the only player in the room
• Fixed animation flicker on the card logo in the lobby
