Fixed minor issues with rendering and comments

- Fixed issue where sometimes the last pattern would get cropped out of the final image
- Expanded the padding a little bit to ensure nothing gets cut out
- Fixed issue where OverloadedParallelLines still rendered ParallelLines past the max_line count
- Fixed comments on the Color class saying every parameter was Red.
