Server Health Monitor – v1.0

Initial release of the Server Health Monitor bot.

This version includes:

• Periodic system health reports (CPU, memory, disk usage)
• Discord embed messages sent at regular intervals
• Warning thresholds for high resource usage
• Admin-only system control commands:
  • !shutdown
  • !restart
• Utility commands:
  • !ping, !uptime, !top

This bot is intended for personal use only. Do not share your bot token or run this bot on untrusted machines.
