Server Health Monitor – v1.1

Version 1.1 adds a Flask web dashboard for real time system monitoring.

New in this release:

• Live Dashboard UI at /dashboard:
  • Interactive CPU, Memory, and Disk usage charts
  • Auto updates every 5 seconds
  • Line color changes based on usage severity (green, yellow, red)
  • Mobile friendly layout with Bootstrap 5
• Good chart readability with larger axis labels and better contrast
• Minor visual polish and code cleanup

All features from v1.0 are still included.

This tool is still meant for local or trusted server use only. Never share your .env or bot token publicly.
