Atomic macOS upgrade publication

  • Publishes the rebuilt CLI through a fresh sibling file and atomic rename instead of overwriting an existing plugin-data executable.
  • Preflights the fresh macOS executable before publication, avoiding stale Gatekeeper decisions carried by an earlier installed path.
  • Adds regression coverage proving an existing CLI receives a new filesystem identity and temporary publication files are cleaned.
  • Keeps Gatekeeper enabled and leaves unrelated files unchanged.
