Hierarchical Branch Artifacts

  • Stores each branch's Spec, Plan, Progress, Findings, Verification, and supporting evidence under the same parent-child hierarchy as the accepted Tree.
  • Keeps legacy flat projects readable and migrates them once, on the first protected mutation.
  • Moves a reparented branch and its complete descendant subtree atomically during Tree Apply, with journaled rollback and collision, cycle, escape, and symlink validation.
  • Routes lifecycle commands, managed worktrees, Recall, Project Map, MCP, and release fixtures through one shared branch-artifact resolver.

Existing commands and stable branch IDs remain unchanged. Read-only Recall and Project Map do not force migration.
