Scope
Adds two independently isolated real-role PostgreSQL entry probes to the mandatory root-reconciliation negative harness.
Each probe snapshots the complete reconciliation lineage, journal and runtime audits, pointers, heads, tasks, and full package JSON before and after rejection.
