Highlights

• Fixes a broken Marketplace listing link: the "Project file reference" link in the Overview page used an in-page anchor that doesn't work in Visual Studio's Extension Manager panel (resolved to a nonexistent gallery CDN blob) - now points at prose instead.
• Scaffolds VSIX signing (#61): release.yml gains a no-op-until-configured signing step via SignPath.io's free open-source code-signing program. Ships unsigned in this release - signing turns on automatically once the OSS application is approved and a repo secret is configured.
