The current #686 and #689 advisory findings show the remaining gap: the loop can prove it read the live MCP wiki page and still generate an abbreviated/stale projection that drops load-bearing content.

Implication for review:

• Keep this PR's claim narrow: it blocks closing/ready-routing when live source_read_proof is absent.
• Do not let it close the broader source-hydration/source-fidelity class by itself.
