Boss update!

Added:

• 3 new bosses
  • spear master
  • Wither king
  • Parched king
• Made custom spawners for all bosses
• 4 new rooms
  • Trap
  • Trap 3
  • Church
  • Maze
• custom vaults & loot tables
• Added x hall as a structure

Fixed/Bugs:

• End of rooms didn't generate a child structure
• ominous vaults didn't use ominous keys

Changed:

• Made the dungeon spawn less frequently (thanks GitNeto)
• Fixed the starting structure to spawn more connected
• Reduced the amount of trial vaults
• Fixed fallback

Ideas:

• want to nerf the loot!
• more rooms
• different types of dungeons
