Frame Messages (Comments)

These changes were pulled in from the currently open PR's by SpotlightKid (#115 & #119) along with some modifications by me.

The above PR's and modifications allow comments to be added to a frame. This is the primary reason that I made this fork as this is a feature that I really needed!

Using

The normal workflow goes something like

$ watson start Development +work
$ watson stop

However now you can add a message whenever you stop a frame with the stop command. This allows you do the following:

$ watson start Development +work
$ watson stop -m "Refactored CSS into SASS files"

Viewing Frame Messages

Currently the only command the shows a frame's message is the log command. Is is shown at the end of the entry if it exists.

Example:

$ watson log
Tuesday 12 December 2017 (15s)
        1e3235d  11:53 to 11:54          09s      Testing - Some testing work
        4f06dc9  11:54 to 11:54          06s  Development  [cats]
