⚠️ macOS: first launch is blocked as "unidentified developer"
(or "damaged"). These builds are ad-hoc signed but not notarized
(no paid Apple Developer certificate), so Gatekeeper stops the first
open. To run it: right-click the app → Open → Open (a normal
double-click won't offer the bypass). If macOS still says the app is
"damaged," clear the download quarantine once in Terminal:
