QuietBar 1.0 build 6

QuietBar is a native macOS menu bar organizer. This Developer ID build is for direct GitHub distribution and is separate from the Mac App Store Sandbox build.

Highlights

• Reveal or compact menu bar items with one click.
• Recognize available application names and icons with Accessibility permission.
• Group duplicate items and refresh the menu bar view live.
• Launch at login, automatic compact timing, and Control-Option-Q.
• English and Simplified Chinese interfaces.
• Local-only processing: no account, analytics, advertising, or cloud service.

Requirements

• macOS 13.0 or later.
• Apple silicon or Intel Mac.
• Accessibility permission is optional for core reveal/compact behavior.

Install

1. Download QuietBar-1.0-build6.zip.
2. Verify it with SHA256SUMS.txt.
3. Unzip and move QuietBar.app to /Applications.
4. Launch QuietBar and follow the setup guide.

This package is signed with Developer ID Application and notarized by Apple.

Known limitations

Some system helper processes and third-party menu bar apps do not expose stable application metadata, so a fallback icon or missing name can occur.
