1. Confirmation #1 was too strict — rejected 'yes', 'A', '[A]' Fix: accept any affirmative (yes/y/A/[A]/yes uninstall/yes uninstall HES) 2. .gemini/ not removed — was listed in IDE_FILES array but not in rm commands Fix: added rm -rf .gemini/ to Block 3 3. .opencode/ not listed — agent removed it manually ad-hoc, skill was silent Fix: added rm -rf .opencode/skills/ + .opencode/ to Block 3/4 4. .github/ dir survived — copilot-instructions.md and harness-validation.yml removed but .github/workflows/ and .github/ itself never cleaned up Fix: added .github/workflows and .github to Block 4 empty-dir cleanup loop 5. Export failed silently — used cat | tail instead of cp; lessons.md path was wrong (.hes/lessons.md vs .hes/tasks/lessons.md) Fix: use cp with fallback for both paths; explicit success echo per file Also: - Validation in Step 6 now checks .gemini .claude .cursor .kiro .agents .opencode - Block 3 now targets both file and dir entries per IDE tool - Block 4 cleanup loop covers all nested empty dirs in correct order
