Dependency-range widening only; no API or behavior change. The engine's
2.0 breaking change is internal (Generator.runFull gained an attempt
limit and became throws, both @usableFromInline), so this package built
and passed its full suite against 2.0 unmodified: 112 tests in 19 suites.

Lifts the 1.0.0..<2.0.0 ceiling that made this package unresolvable
alongside SwiftPropertyLaws, which is already on the engine's 2.x.
