Fix: Camera online status not reflecting actual state on HA restart (#2)

The online binary sensor and camera entity were using an internal event field that was hardcoded to True on startup, only updating when SecuritySpy sent an explicit ONLINE/OFFLINE event. This meant all cameras showed as "online" after an HA restart, even if they were actually offline.

Changes

• Online binary sensor now reads the actual camera connectivity status from the SecuritySpy API
• Camera is_recording and snapshot image guards also use the correct status field
• ONLINE/OFFLINE events from the event stream now update the status in real-time (in addition to the 30-second API poll)

Upgrade notes

No breaking changes. Update via HACS or manually replace custom_components/securityspy/.

Also includes all fixes from v1.3.2 (entity ID migration, orphaned entity cleanup).
