Compiled desktop app of the license plate reader desktop application.

This release includes the finished and compiled desktop app for the License Plate Reader. To use the app, follow the steps below.

1. Download and extract the B.B.License.Plate.Reader.zip file.
2. Launch the .exe file inside.
