First minor release on the new consolidated release-stable.yml workflow + channel-aware formatter auto-update system.

Features

• #55 Platform guide gate: tab-scoped MCP tools (browser_get_accessibility_tree, browser_click, browser_type, browser_scroll, browser_execute_js, browser_inject_script, browser_request_chain, webpilot_run_workflow) are hard-blocked on formatter-covered URLs until the agent calls webpilot_get_formatter_info({platform, tab_id}) to unlock that tab. Allowlist tools (browser_close_tab, browser_get_tabs, request_pairing, check_pairing_status, webpilot_dev_get_formatter_logs, webpilot_reload_formatters, webpilot_dev_reload_extension, webpilot_get_formatter_info) are never blocked. browser_create_tab returns a warning field when the URL matches a formatter. usePlatformOptimizer:false remains an escape hatch. Cross-formatter navigation invalidates the unlock; cross-domain within the same formatter (discord.com <-> discordapp.com) preserves it. Gate fails CLOSED on internal errors.
• #57 Inline diagnostics on errors: webpilot_run_workflow and browser_get_accessibility_tree error responses now include diagnostics: {phase, workflow, platform, tabId, topFrame, more} so agents see why something failed without calling webpilot_dev_get_formatter_logs. The dev-log tool description is softened.
• #67 Release channels: consolidated release-stable.yml + new release-nightly.yml. release-info.json embedded in builds + channel-aware formatter auto-updater (stable users pull from their stable tag; nightly users from their nightly tag).
• Discord formatter notes expanded with transient UI guidance, server-name dropdown, right-click affordances, usePlatformOptimizer escape hatch.

Fixes

• #71 sign-formatters.js normalizes line endings before hashing (was CRLF on Windows local, LF in committed blob -> hash mismatches caused auto-update to refuse).
• Various CI workflow fixes: release.yml dry_run bug (#62), checkout case collision on Windows (#64).

Note for existing users

Agents that previously bypassed webpilot_get_formatter_info will now hit platform_guide_required error envelopes the first time they touch a formatter-covered tab. The error is self-healing: the response names the exact tool call needed to unlock. See docs/MCP_INTEGRATION.md for the new envelope shape.
