Compatibility

• Adds verified support for IntelliJ Platform 2026.2 while retaining 2026.1 support.
• Removes the stale 261.* Marketplace upper cap.
• Validates the release artifact with JetBrains Plugin Verifier against IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2026.1.4 and 2026.2.2.

Maintenance

• Updates the IntelliJ Platform Gradle Plugin to 2.19.0.
• Adds a descriptor-policy regression check and makes the compatibility matrix a normal pull-request gate.
• Refreshes build, contribution, dependency, roadmap, and release documentation.

There are no certificate parsing or UI behavior changes in this release.

Release

This release validates the protected JetBrains Marketplace release flow introduced after separating Marketplace publishing from normal main CI.

Validation path

• Marketplace publishing is no longer triggered by merging to main.
• This release is triggered from the GitHub Release tag v1.0.34.
• The release workflow must pass the protected jetbrains-marketplace environment.
• The release workflow re-runs functional validation, plugin verification, signing, publishing, and ZIP attachment.

Notes

No new certificate parsing behavior is included in this release. The goal is to move future plugin updates onto the intentional release path documented in docs/RELEASE_POLICY.md.
