First release: ccburn's burn-up chart inside Claude Code.

• /ccburn and /ccburn weekly open the chart in a pane: header, Usage and Elapsed gauges, and the burn-up chart with budget pace, usage, projection, Now and Depleted, matched to ccburn's output cell for cell.
• Readings come from Claude Code itself; no API calls, no credentials.
• With ccburn 0.8.0+ installed, the chart follows every session on your account via ccburn history --json.
