Watcher Preview v0.1.0-preview.1

Watcher Preview is an early Windows desktop build for inspecting agent handoff decisions through an isolated synthetic demo and a non-actionable local test sink.

Judge quick start

1. Download WatcherPreview-win-x64.zip and WatcherPreview-win-x64.release-summary.json.
2. Verify the ZIP SHA-256 from the release summary.
3. Extract the ZIP and verify its files against the bundled manifest.json.
4. Run RUN-WATCHER-PREVIEW.cmd.
5. Run the synthetic current-path fixture, replay it, and run the sibling-branch fixture.

The supported Preview path requires no rebuild, API key, live account, repository connection, or private data.

Safety boundary

The supported demo uses bundled synthetic fixtures and a non-actionable in-memory test sink. It does not contact live ChatGPT or Codex sessions, mutate a repository, launch DCS, or use private data. Experimental live adapters remain unsupported and excluded from the judge path.

This Preview is unsigned. Windows may show Microsoft Defender SmartScreen messages such as Windows protected your PC or Unknown publisher. SHA-256 verifies file equality only; it does not prove publisher identity or general safety.
