Watcher Preview 0.1.0-preview.3 supersedes preview.2.

• Stage 3 source regression tests are now line-ending independent on standard Windows CRLF and LF-preserving checkouts.
• The authoritative publisher packages the tracked public README.
• Generated build outputs are excluded from source-integrity comparisons, making clean-clone publication reproducible.
