Test suite reorganized to match the environment's unified layout.

Changed

• The floors rise to Julia 1.11, GeometricBase 0.15.0, EulerLagrange 0.5.2, GeometricEquations 0.21.5 and GeometricSolutions 0.6.6, to GeometricIntegratorsBase 0.6.9 in the test and docs environments, and to GeometricIntegrators 0.18.6 in the examples environment, because GeometricBase 0.15 declares its stubs public and requires Julia 1.11.

Repository hygiene

• Test files renamed to mirror src/ structure (foo_tests.jl → foo.jl, etc.); integration tests moved to test/integration/, helpers to test/helpers/. Test runner gains named groups: runtests.jl runs ["core", "slow"] by default, with slow containing Lotka-Volterra 4D variants, Euler-Lagrange ensembles, and plotting extensions (each ≈59–86 s, measured locally after a first run). New test/quality/aqua.jl runs Aqua.test_all; stale-deps check marked @test_broken for #116. Aqua added to test/Project.toml dependencies; LinearAlgebra = "1" added to [compat] of Project.toml, which Aqua's deps_compat asks for.
• The [compat] entries for dependencies of the root Project.toml are removed from test/Project.toml (GeometricEquations, GeometricSolutions, LinearAlgebra, PoincareInvariants) and docs/Project.toml (Documenter, GeometricEquations, GeometricSolutions). The root bound is the only bound for a shared dependency; a copy in test/ or docs/ can only duplicate or narrow it, and drifts. Test-only and docs-only bounds stay.
• compute_energy_error and compute_angular_momentum_error return their result directly instead of through an unused local, which clears fatou's unused-binding findings in src/. The returned value does not change.
• test/lotka_volterra_2d.jl and test/lotka_volterra_3d.jl drop the unused names that fatou 0.21.0 reports as unused-binding. The problem constructions and the energy and Casimir error computations stay; src/ does not change.
