• Added compatibility with QUBODrivers v0.4 and QUBOTools v0.12, enabling downstream environments to resolve the current JuliaQUBO stack.
• Raised the supported Julia floor to 1.10; Julia 1.12 and later Julia 1.x releases remain supported by the julia = "1.10" compat range.
• Kept PythonCall compatibility unchanged.

CI

• Added CI coverage for Julia 1.10 on Ubuntu and Windows alongside the existing latest stable Julia jobs.
