Installation

You can download pre-built packages from the GitHub Releases page. Choose the version you need and follow the instructions for the respective format (Wheel or Egg) or install from source.

Install from Source

• Clone the repository
• Navigate into the directory
• Install it via pip

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/JulianStiebler/SecureRequests.git 
cd SecureRequests
pip install .

Install from a Wheel File

• Download the Wheel file from the GitHub Releases page.
• Navigate to the folder you downloaded it to

pip install secureRequests-1.1.0-py3-none-any.whl

Install from an Egg File

• Download the Egg file from the GitHub Releases page.
• Navigate to the folder you downloaded it to

pip install secureRequests-1.1.0-py3.12.egg
