💡 What: Implement thread-safe project-aware caching and credentials reuse for GCP Logging client.
🎯 Why: Recreating GCP Logging clients and discovering credentials on every request introduces significant overhead (~300ms latency per connection setup), impacting interactive log streaming and navigation in the TUI.
📊 Impact: Drastically reduces latency for subsequent log queries to ~0ms by reusing established gRPC connection pools, and preserves connection pooling safety with a no-op Close.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with Go unit tests verifying reuse, cache resetting, and project-aware isolation.
