Fourth and last release

@JulioUri JulioUri released this 29 Jan 11:56

I commited new files to include the improved implementations: integrations are always done with precalculated matrices that are saved in the folder as .npy files. These changes make the implementation way faster and more consistent with Prasath et al.'s description, so they are important.

I also changed the names of the folders and some files and improved the README.txt files.

Good luck!

Third release

@JulioUri JulioUri released this 10 Oct 14:03

This is the third release.

In this release I changed the FOKAS files in all folders. These new files are simpler (less lines of code) and produce the right matrix values. I use a .npy files instead of .txt for importing the matrix values, which is supposed to be faster.

The time nodes in Example 3 had to be increased, though, so that stability for the blue line (particle starting at (0, 0.15) was not compromised.

Second submission for PAMM paper

@JulioUri JulioUri released this 08 Nov 13:15

Second submission for PAMM paper with the Python Toolbox complementing the paper.

This Toolbox provides the code to obtain the plots of some of the examples provided in the paper Prasath et al. (2019) and provides a script to obtain the trajectory of a particle in an experimentally measured velocity flow.

There are no significant changes from the previous version except one: The dataset necessary to run Example_04 has been deleted since this is experimental data that was given to us and we do not own property rights. We encourage interested readers to contact us, in case they were interested.
