First release of PBIR A11y CLI: accessibility checks for Power BI PBIP/PBIR
projects, ported from the PBIX A11y browser tool.

What's included

  • pbir-a11y check – runs the full rule set (contrast, alt text, tab order,
    target size, page/visual titles, axis titles, font scaling, clutter) against
    a PBIP project folder on disk
  • pbir-a11y explain – look up what a check category tests for and its WCAG
    reference, without needing a project on hand
  • --json, --category, --page, and --fail-on flags for scripting and CI use
  • Packaged as a Claude Code plugin/skill, so an agent editing a PBIP project
    can pick up these checks automatically
