Highlights: the Machines redesign

v0.2.1 and v0.2.2 together replace the old 3D Floor with a new way of seeing the fleet.

• One Machines screen on the web (#/machines) and the desktop, with a Grid | List switch. The old Floor and Machines pages redirect to it.
• The grid lays the fleet out in zones (Hub, Compute, GPU, Desktops, Workstations) as a flat, orthographic plan. Each machine stands on a plinth with its CPU and memory bars, its status light and its name.
• New machine models: ten glTF models (hub, server, VM rack, GPU node, tower, edge box, Mac mini, Mac Studio, laptop, phone), each with three levels of detail and KTX2 textures. Every machine also has 2D views (front, side, back, top) and its size.
• The machine view (#/machines/<id>) gives each machine its own screen: a live 3D model, hardware with each GPU's reference card, load, VM slots, agents and events.
• Three styles: Ink, Blueprint and Night, each in the light and dark theme. The choice is remembered, and every machine drawing uses it.
• Removed: the internal view (the board, its rooms and robots, and the fly-in).
• Performance: large fleets draw with fewer details, and frame budgets are tested. A 128-machine frame went from 18.7 ms to 0.5 ms.
• Releases: releases publish again. Packaging had stopped at the removed layout worker since Machines 1/7.
