DEEPBOM Desktop 0.1.1 preview, bundling analyzer 1.103.0.

Corrects Snap launcher packaging, retains Electron/Chromium license notices,
and requires an installed, strictly confined Snap to pass desktop tests before
publication. Other desktop functionality is unchanged from 0.1.0.

The original Snap asset was withdrawn after an installation check found missing launcher files in electron-builder's nested template archive. DEB, AppImage, Windows, and macOS downloads are unaffected. A corrected Snap will be published under a new version after confined-runtime verification.

Corrected, installed-runtime-tested Snap downloads are now available in DEEPBOM Desktop 0.1.1.
