Yo 0.1.278

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 03 Oct 06:56

Download Yo-0.1.278-arm64.dmg — that's the app (Macs with Apple silicon).

Install

  1. Open Yo-0.1.278-arm64.dmg from your Downloads.
  2. Drag Yo into Applications.
  3. First open: macOS asks once, because Yo isn't notarized by Apple. Open Yo and click Done, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway next to "Yo was blocked", and enter your Mac password. (On macOS 13 or 14: right-click Yo in Applications → Open.)

If macOS still refuses (or says Yo "is damaged"), run this once in Terminal, then open Yo:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Yo.app

Which file?

  • .dmg — the app, recommended
  • .zip — the same app, used by Set up with your agent
  • Source code — for developers
  • sha256 — a fingerprint GitHub shows so careful people can verify the file; you can ignore it

Updating: Yo tells you when a new version is out (the update button, bottom left). Install it the same way; your agents and settings stay. If macOS then asks about "Yo Safe Storage", enter your Mac password and click Always Allow.

The agent's computer for this version: ghcr.io/juniorsua/yo-computer:0.1.278 (Yo downloads it the first time it needs it).

Install

  1. Download Yo-0.1.252-arm64.dmg below (Apple silicon Macs), open it and drag Yo into Applications.

  2. First open: this build isn't notarized by Apple (there's no paid Developer ID yet), so macOS warns
the first time. In Applications, right-click Yo → Open, then Open again (on macOS 15 and
later: open it once, then System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway). If macOS says
Yo "is damaged" or still refuses, run this once in Terminal and open Yo normally:

    xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Yo.app

Updating: Yo tells you when a newer release is out (the update button, bottom left). Download it here and
replace the app in Applications; your agents and settings stay. After updating, macOS may ask about
"Yo Safe Storage" (Yo's saved login in your Keychain): enter your Mac password and click Always Allow.

The agent's computer for this version: ghcr.io/juniorsua/yo-computer:0.1.252 (Yo downloads it the first time it starts it).
