Breaking Changes

• Integration is now set up via UI.
  You will need to remove tavos_water_outage from your configuration.yaml and add your monitored cities / streets via UI according to usage.

• Integration no longer lists all the past outages since that data is no longer available. It now only lists ongoing outages available on the new website.
